PRO-Keds 2012 Spring/Summer Royal Lo Sport Red

PRO-Keds has long been a staple within the world of footwear, originally solidifying its roots as an athletic footwear purveyor off-shoot in 1949. Remaining relevant until today, PRO-Keds reissues its storied Royal Lo in an updated “Sport Red” color iteration. Boasting a customary white outsole, the pair is treated in a colored canvas upper. The red paneling is delineated by contrasting white stitching, brushed metal eyelets and white laces. The classic shoe is rounded out by PRO-Keds’ trademark “powerstripes” along the anterior outer midsole of the shoe. Availability is now offered for a reasonable $45 USD through the PRO-Keds online store. Paying homage to the its lengthy history, PRO-Keds is currently planning a throwback event that is slated for April 5.
