Casual collectors need not apply — LEGO is adding a Star Wars R2D2 Kit to their Ultimate Collector series. This 2100-piece behemoth is over a foot tall, seven inches wide, and is designed to resemble the actual R2-D2 as closely as possible. The designers even managed to include R2’s signature retractable third leg, pop-out computer interface and circular saw blade in the chest. Come May 2012, this new R2 model will be available from LEGO for $180 USD.
