Azealia Banks announces 1991 EP

Keeping her work ethic in check, Azealia Banks announced via Twitter that an EP titled 1991 will arrive April 17. The extended play is set to feature two new tracks, respectively titled “1991” and “Grand Prix,” indicating what one can expect on her 212 full-length offering, which is due later this year. In regards of the LP, Ms. Banks revealed that she will deliver a ‘diverse’ project in a conversation with GQ:

“It’s definitely going to be really diverse. It’s going to be different styles of music, but it will all be good, trust me.”

Speaking about her quick rise to fame and fortune, Azealia also said:

“I definitely have more money and sh*t, but that’s all virtual stuff. I’ve been making music for a while.
