Rolex Hillary Tenzing Edition Explorer Set

Paying homage to the family of Hillary and Tenzing, two of the greatest mountain explorer lineages to date, the latest custom-designed Rolex Hillary Tenzing Edition Explorer Set sees its full unveiling today. Commissioned at the hand of Philipp Stahl, the set comes with three specially done 36mm, 39mm and 42mm Rolex Explorer watches, as well as a mix of accompanying accessories, including a silver mountaineering pin, a limited HTE edition copy of Everest by the late George Band, as well as an original leather-bound 1953 expedition route to Everest. Most notable from the highly inclusive package is an opportunity to join Peter Hillary and Jamling Tenzing Norgay on a private trek to Everest Basecamp in May 2012.
