HUF x Haroshi x DLX Collaboration: Interview with HAROSHI

Having first taken time out to speak with Keith Hufnagel regarding the recent HUF x Haroshi x DLX collaboration, our latest HBTV feature highlights the progression of the project from the perspective of famed artist, Haroshi. From beginning to end, Haroshi discusses the initial approach from Hufnagel regarding the project, the development of the three-part collaboration, and the process of actualizing each piece. The artist discusses the intense thought and brainstorming that went into every piece, as well as the logic for choosing to work with DLX boards. A project that began from mutual respect for each parties’ respective body of work, art and specialty, the retrospective glimpse at each member’s contribution is a testament to the impressive end result. Also seen throughout the video are rare shots taken by Brandon Shigeta in Haroshi’s Japanese studios which paint a vivid picture of his process.
