Paul McCartney and “Nirvana” Perform on Saturday Night Live

For the second time this week, Sir Paul McCartney teamed up with the surviving members of Nirvana to perform their song “Cut Me Some Slack” on TV. After blessing the stage at the 12-12-12 Concert for Sandy Relief. This time around, the all-star clash of forces took place on the latest episode of Saturday Night Live. This musical event marked McCartney’s fourth appearance on the show as well as Dave Grohl’s 12th stint as the musical guest in SNL. In addition, the Ex-Beatle joined forces with the Eagles’ Joe Walsh for a rendition of “My Valentine.” See both sets below.
