Despite the label’s moniker, CAMO‘s collections are noticeably devoid of the ubiquitous pattern. The Biella, Italy-based menswear specialist instead churns out collections of classic clothing updated with bold pops of color, quirky detailing and contemporary fits. From field jackets in burnt orange to striped knits, slouchy pants and tobacco-hued short suits, Spring/Summer 2013’s “Bar” collection exudes the kind of Italian sprezzatura and sartorial flair that have become popular in men’s clothing circles of late. As always, each Stefano Ughetti-designed garment is crafted in Italy and the entire collection should be available soon on the label’s website.
