It appears that RZA is taking the director’s role quite seriously as he has already two more movies coming up. The Wu-Tang general is set to direct a biopic about Mongolian military legend Genghis Khan. Aptly titled Ghengis Khan, the first film after his directorial debut The Man with the Iron Fists will be shot next year in China, and it’s being written and executive produced by John Milius, known for his work on Apocalypse Now and Dirty Harry.
As The Hollywood Reporter further points out, his third directorial project that has been announced comes in the shape of an action film called No Man’s Land. Written by Trey Ellis and David Klass and produced by Bill Mechanic and Reginald Hudlin, the film recounts the story of a man’s journey after stealing a very important diamond. And don’t forget, The Man with the Iron Fists hits theaters on November 2.
