PHENOMENON recently premiered its spring/summer collection for 2013 via a recent runway showing. Progressing towards a modernist look, touches of vivid floral prints and tie-dye pieces are matched with crested silhouettes, wide-necked tops, and a wide range of short-cut bottoms. A mix of casual and pseudo-formal can be seen, extending the right amount of experimental confidence. For the show itself, Tokyo-based group Dexpistols provided a club-like atmosphere, with a single band of light dissecting the room and dimly-lit floor emphasizing the effect.
