The name “Blue Ivy” which has been owned and operated by a Boston-based event planning company since 2009 faced a legal battle over the past couple of months. However, after it was all said and done, the court system ruled judgment in their favor. Hip-hop’s power couple wanted to trademark the name after Blue Ivy‘s birth to reportedly begin a full a line of baby products.
