Singing legend Etta James dies at 73

Prolific and legendary songstress Etta James has passed away. In her illustrious career, James overcame a heroin addiction, opened for The Rolling Stones, won six Grammys and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Despite her valleys and peaks, she maintained an positive attitude through it all and will be remembered by friends, family and fans all around the globe through her music. James died at a hospital in Riverside, California. She would have turned 74 Wednesday. We leave you with one of her all-time classics “At Last.” Rest in Power.
