Back in October, Detroit-based singer, songwriter, producer and engineer JMSN released the eerie visuals for “Alone,” the second single off of his brand new album, †Priscilla†. Now, to accompany today’s release of the LP, he has returned with something even more strange and creepy. In this music video for his song “Something,” JMSN casts his inner struggles into physical metaphors by way of demonic-looking children, tormented, bathing women and most noticeably, his own entanglement with a live octopus. Disclaimer: you may not want to watch this at work, right before or after eating, or right before going to sleep. The clip was directed by JMSN himself and filmed, fittingly, by Luis Panch Perez, whom you may remember as the man behind the lens of Tyler, The Creator’s “Yonkers.” Read the meaning behind the “Something” video over at JMSN’s tumblr, and head over to iTunes, Amazon or JMSN’s online store to purchase †Priscilla† now.
