South Carolinian electro/chillwave/pop artist and producer Toro Y Moi garnered critical acclaim for his sophomore album, Underneath the Pine, when it came out in February of this year. On September 13, he will be releasing a follow-up EP called Freaking Out through indie label Carpark Records.
