Crafted with performance in mind, this Japanese camera includes a 24.3 megapixel Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor and boasts an ISO range of 100-26000 as well as 1080 HD video capabilities. Bulked up, matte black and clearly rangefinder-influenced in design, the NEX-7 is not only technically efficient but also rather pleasing to the eye, especially for those who like a camera to look like it knows what it’s doing. Available in November for $1,350 USD with a 18-55mm zoom lens or $1,200 USD without it.
