The beginnings of Stussy were rooted in surf thanks to Shawn Stussy’s own personal interests, yet despite this Stussy has perhaps become more well-known amongst street rather than surf over the years. Teaming up with the multi-talented Gerry Lopez, the surfer, board shaper, sports writer and actor, Stussy incorporate one of Lopez’s iconic sayings “When in doubt… Paddle out!!” in Stussy’s familiar font. The T-shirts come in four colors and will be available soon via Stussy Chapters stores.
