Originally from Jackson, Wyoming, Rocky Mountain Featherbed Co. disappeared in the 1980s after 20 years of trading. In 2005 a Japanese company bought the American outdoor workwear label and have continued to breath life back into the brand ever since. This year they will collaborate with possibly one of the biggest names in streetwear, A Bathing Ape, on a range of down vests. Red, black and green A Bathing Ape check versions will be released, all sporting the Ape head logo alongside the Rocky Mountain Featherbed Co. tag. Each vest comes with a down lined body with leather shoulder patches and a fur collar. Set for launch in Japan later in the season, each vest will cost you ¥65,940 (approximately $815 USD).
