In a new release from the Hong Kong brand, they introduce the Scuba Class 888 watch inspired by the People’s Liberation Army Navy’s Yuan Class Type 041 submarine. Measuring in at 44mm, the stainless steel case features a 22-jewel movement with a Shanghai Tang motif. The iconic use of the number 8 is apparent as it is represented by a water resistance of 888 feet and is represented by the Chinese character on the dial. Available at select Shanghai Tang flagship stores in several colors with a suggested retail price of $665 USD.
