sacai was founded by Japanese designer Chitose Abe who previously worked under the careful guidance of Rei Kawakubo and Junya Watanabe. sacai’s philosophy has often shunned most forms of active press with a true focus on their product and design. The brand’s reinterpretive design language has often stressed the merging of divergent styles, or bringing together contrast to narrate their brand’s language. Some highlights for the sacai collection for next season include a frilled shirt and a two-pattern cardigan sweater.
