Following her camp’s statement that the recent collaboration with Nicki Minaj was not official, Mary J. Blige is keeping it real with her following and shares a new tune, entitled “Hero.” As the title suggests, the conscious song is calling up the listener to embrace the inner self. Although there is no official word on where this song will land, it is likely that it will be featured on the forthcoming My Life 2: The Journey Continues album, due September 20.
