This past Friday, Vanderbilt University in Tennessee held its annual Rites of Spring Music Festival and recruited none other than KiD CuDi as the event’s headlining act. During his performance, CuDi decided to belt out a never-before-heard song that many are dubbing “Creepers.” Even though the track was only performed a capella, it seems to have CuDi’s signature sound, complete with his unique flow on the verses and a melodic chorus. With his new mixtape, A Man Named Scott, coming this summer and his rock album, Wizard, coming later in the year, tracks from the projects should begin to roll out soon enough. Only time will tell if this will be one of them.
