Ahead of next month’s New York Auto Show, the 2012 version of Mercedes-Benz’s C63 AMG Coupe gets the full unveiling. With the AMG performance designation, the coupe ups the ante with either a 6.2-liter V8 @ 451 hp or the AMG Development pack powerplant with 481 hp. Other details include a 7-speed Speedshift MCT gearbox, stiffened suspension, larger brakes and more precise steering. All in all, the car should hit speeds of 155 mph in the stock engine with a 0-60 mph time of 4.4 seconds or a quicker and faster 174 mph limit with a 0-60 mph time of 4.3 seconds.
