The Jealous Guys - Life (Kwes Remix)

As part of The FADER’s X Squared series with HTC, San Francisco-based duo The Jealous Guys were chosen as one of the ten hip-hop acts to be given a special remix of one of their songs. For this new version of the Guys’ “Life,” buzzing UK producer Kwes reworked the minimal, chopped-and-screwed-infused song into a drum and synth-heavy soundscape that fits well behind the rappers’ laid-back flows.
