Singer-songwriter Stacy Barthe has been known for penning hit songs—including Rihanna’s Loud single “Cheers (Drink To That)”—for awhile now, but it wasn’t until the end of this past summer that she released her debut project as a solo artist. That impressive EP, Sincerely Yours, Stacy Barthe, solidified her place as an artist to watch for in the next year. Now, she’s back with a holiday-oriented followup titled The Seven Days Of Christmas. On it, Barthe sings enjoyable covers of Christmas classics such as “Let It Snow,” “Silent Night,” “Sleigh Ride” and “Santa Baby.” The standout, however, features a very special guest. For her rendition of the timeless “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” Barthe teamed up with none other than John Legend. Listen to the song below, and head over to ConcreteLoop to download Stacy Barthe Presents: The Seven Days Of Christmas.
