Italian-based artist Agostino Iacurci has undertaken yet another large scale mural in his native Rome. The multifaceted artist claims several particular skills including illustration, printmaking and scenography, but perhaps his best work over the years has come at the hands of his mural work such as the one depicted here. Past instances have included projects spanning upwards of 300 meters for Algeria’s Saba School. This most recent piece features a swimmer fighting against a swarm of hands which arguably could take on several different interpretations.
