After several less-than-spectacular shots hit the web, official photographs of the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL Class have now been unleashed, thanks to GermanCarForum.com. A whopping 308 pounds lighter than its predecessor, this will surely have a positive effect on both driving dynamics and speed. Drawing inspiration from the SLS AMG, note the upright grille and the shape of the light clusters. While pricing is currently unavailable, this luxury vehicle will be on display at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show.
