The newest installment to “The Selby is in Your Place” involves Hitoshi Uchida, the owner of antique mecca J’Antiques Tokyo. All of the photos were taken at his home in Kamakura, Japan, and provide great perspective and insight to Hitoshi’s rather unique and inspiring living space. Set against a rural backdrop, the large open areas, white wooden walls, and a rugged yet sophisticated freestanding fire-place (not to mention an “every kids dream” indoor swing) all contribute to what is a space that is truly stylish, elegant and cool.
