Madlib and Freddie Gibbs - Thuggin'

Following the surprise announcement that Freddie Gibbs and Madlib teamed up for a joint EP called Thuggin’, 500 copies of the piece have been given away at Gibbs’ recent concert in San Francisco. Thuggin’ is effectively a preview for a yet-untitled full-length that Madlib and Gibbs are scheduled to release together in the first quarter of next year. Today, this six-track teaser is available through Stones Throw whereas its title track is streamable below.
