Japanese label PHENOMENON were among the first few to make the jump from the streets into a full-fledged fashion line complete with runway shows. The brand has continually treaded a fine line between design and wearability with some creative yet hard to wear designs. Their Spring/Summer 2011 collection continued on with some street-ready looks, however conservative types will perhaps be uneasy with some of the emasculated outfits involving both tights and skirts.
