Dr. Dre's Rep Denies "Detox"-Release Date

The drama continues. The rather surprising hint that Dr. Dre is preparing something special for the world on April 20, had the music world assuming that this would be the final release date of Detox – the probably most delayed album in Hip Hop-history. A rep for the legendary Los Angeles-veteran has now told MTV News that the viral video was not referring to the release date of the project. Any further explanation was not given. While Detox still has no solid street date, it looks like Interscope will drop the Alex Da Kid-produced “I Need a Doctor” featuring Eminem as the follow-up to “Kush.” So what was the good old doc referring to? Any guesses?
