Nike SB Paul Rodriguez 5 Sail/Black/Varsity Red

The Paul Rodriguez “P-Rod” has been one of Nike SB’s most widely-lauded and highly-covetable skate shoe models. Both seriously functional and aesthetically appealing, the kicks’ chunky, dunk-inspired silhouette makes them ideal for customization. New for August 2011 comes the P-Rod 5 in a low-key “sail/black/varsity red” colorway. Complete with a white midsole, black sole and matching laces, the shoes are a little less loud than most Nike SB releases, yet maintain pops of color through the integration of red details on the insole, eyelets and tongue.
