For Winter, shoe maker n.d.c. employs the heavy duty craftsmanship of mountaineer and army boots with the release of the Montblanc Boot. This boot uses a double stitch blake construction, cemented sole that is stitched through the rand, n.d.c stitching on the upper and lasting board on the midsole. As one of the most challenging styles to create, this type of construction has been a favorite of the brand as it makes the boot not only resilient, but waterproof against harsh weather conditions. To give the boot a vintage look, the leather is treated with a wax that creates a color variation in the brown leather. This modern style gives the illusion of being your grandfather’s old boots, through expert tailoring and detail.
