Mysterious Flying Rod Enters Street of Originality
A strange creature known as a flying rod or Skyfish was captured on film for the new adidas Originals commercial.
Invisible to the naked eye, the rod zoomed through the set at great speed. When the film is slowed down, the rod streaks through the set of the production for the new campaign which features the model Tallula Morton alongside a host of artists and athletes including David Beckham, Snoop Dogg, Ciara, Noel Gallagher Ana Ivanovic and many more.
Flying rods (or simply ‘rods’ or ‘skyfish’) are flying linear anomalies caught, usually on video, having not been seen at the time of filming.
Some claim that these creatures, which are very rarely caught on camera, are UFOs beings not indigenous to planet Earth. Others, define them as motion-blurred insects.
The moment was captured as Ms. Morton filmed while on a rooftop of the London set. She was wearing the new Jeremy Scott-designed line for adidas Originals.
Rods were discovered accidentally by film maker Jose Escamilla in 1994, while filming in Midway, New Mexico.
