Effectively utilising their popular creative media arm “Never Hide Films”, Ray Ban recently created this short promotional video. The viral clip is entitled “Photocopy Romance” and follows two young Ray Ban fans fall in love over a photocopy machine. Filmed from the perspective of the copier, the stop-motion video was painstakingly created using over 300 still images. The light-hearted piece uniquely focuses on the story and enjoyment of the presentation, rather than focus on technical details which ironically makes for a more powerful ad for the brand as a whole, compared with one bogged down in technical specifications.
