All the way back in 1933, René Lacoste created the legendary L.12.12 polo shirt. Ever since then, the popularity of the design has been clear. In celebration, Lacoste has enlisted 12 creative teams to reinvent some of their most classic sneaker designs. Working with iD Magazine, Shoes Master, Sneaker Freaker, Jazzie B, Sébastien Tellier, Stones Throw Records, Bodega, colette, D-mop, Ato Matsumoto, Christophe Lemaire & Tim Hamilton the “12 Legends” project is varied, with something in their for everyone. Appropriately, the entire range arrives at retailers on December 12, or 12/12.
