Back in 2002, Surface to Air was first conceived as a gallery-turned-boutique in Paris. These days “S2A” sells their own well-regarded clothing collections worldwide. Recently the brand opened their latest flagship store in the fashionable Marais district of Paris. Designed in collaboration with Federico Masotto, the store features marquina marble, moving panels and trompe l’oeil floorings, while the rest of the interior draws inspiration from the film “Midnight Juggernauts,” which was directed by S2A. Always true to their roots, S2A’s new venture will also house a gallery space as well as pop-up spaces.
