Jim Krantz Photo Exhibition @ colette

The celebrated work of American photographer Jim Krantz comes to colette for a special photo exhibition and installation set to launch on January 3rd. Running through the 31st, the month-long event shows off the Chicago native’s immense range, blurring the boundaries between commercial work and fine art. Commercially, Krantz has photographed campaigns for clients such as U.S. Army and Marines, Nokia, and McDonald’s. This exhibition at colette will also feature Krantz’s Adam Kimmel 2010 Western-influenced look book photography as well as his encaustic “Moments Within a Moment” installation.
