Awarded a $50,000 cash prize and the opportunity to create a limited-edition collection for the Levi’s for being named the GQ Best New Menswear Designer in America back in February, Robert Geller quickly gets to work on his new collection. So far, we get a preview of a new denim jacket which will be a part of the lineup, debuting at Levi.com and all major Bloomingdale’s locations as a month-long exclusive at the start of New York Fashion Week in September. The classic denim piece features an extended cut and slimmer fit, as opposed to the usually boxy cut, with a clever removable blanket liner. Stay tuned for a closer look into the collection in its entirety.
