Sourcing out some of the creative world’s most important personalities, the NY Times’ For the Moment recently welcomed their new weekly blogger Giorgio Armani to the platform. Currently in New York to over-see the opening of a new flagship store on 5th Avenue, he talks in bouts regarding his routines, his personal take on his work, the relentless pursuit of perfection and comparatively between American and Italian culture. With the opening of a new store, he makes reference to how 35 years ago, New York institution Bergdorf Goodman purchased his inaugural women’s collection only to see the opening of his very own store across the street in 2009.
