Another Kicks/HI collabo with SigZane, a meeting of Hawaiian crafts with street culture. Kicks/HI as you know is one of Hawaii’s premium street boutiques and are especially known for their woven dunk with Nike a while back. This time around, SigZane chose a ocean current/coral pattern for their newest collaboration, and placed it in a checkered pattern on the cap. This version emulates a LV pattern so this satisfies those with a luxurious taste as well as those seeking traditional cultural satisfaction. Check out the SigZane site for a deeper interpretation of the hat’s patterns.

A strong contingency of classic rockers have graced various Vans models in recent memory including Iron Maiden and Motorhead. Add KISS to the list of collaborators which can be seen here in a preview on a SK-8 Hi. Lead guitarist Ace Frehley’s mug is pasted on the side in his classic get-up. One would assume a full pack would release with the whole crew of band members, however this is yet to be determined. A release date has been slated for October.
