Founded in 2002, New York based and skate inspired brand Verte has teamed up with Etnies on a new collection set to release in stores starting June. The product line up combines old and new with the retro of the Ollie King, offset by a new model, the Jameson. The lone apparel release is a leather jacket. All pieces are subtly branded with the Verte logo and the dominant use of black. Look for these to hit select skate shops in June.
OVER THE STRIPES has teamed up with mastermind JAPAN on a revised version of their original release which was seen at the beginning of the year. The changes are minimal with the inclusion of red highlights along the sole and heel. Available now at Bobos Shop.
A departure from their previous more minimalistic collections, Penfield has created the all new Fullspin Winderbreaker. The nylon body features a mesh lining with many colors forming the body of the jacket. Mis-matched pocket colors and paneling is prevalent and will be your saving grace in the unlikely situation you get lost.

However adidas stock holders did receive a small boost from the circulating rumors. Myself being far from an anti-trust virtuoso, I don’t even know if something like this would go through.
