David Flores which is known for his signature “stained glass” art style has created some new prints including one on Ol’ Dirty Bastard aka. ODB who was one of the founding members of The Wu-Tang Clan and one on Linda Evangalista who was on of the supermodels that changed the face of fashion during 1980s and early 1990s. These distinct pieces from Flores can be purchased in a print form at his website.
As mentioned yesterday, there will an installation for the promotion of the Los Angeles City Dunk at 144 LAB in LA. The LA Dunk is part of the whole Nike Be True campaign. Seven cities were chosen for the launch of this City Dunk Pack. 86 pairs were made for each city. The New York Dunk was launched last week at NORT and this week, 144 LAB will be releasing at LA Dunk. So if you’re in town, better go line up on Saturday 16th.

Hilltop Hoods is an Australian hip hop group that formed back in 1991. Their current members include MCs Suffa, Pressure, and DJ Debris. They have recently teamed up with DC Shoes to create their very own DC Pride sneaker. On the exterior, the shoe looks pretty plain however once you look at the inside, you will discover that the lining and the insole is customized with the band’s lyrics and rhymes. The shoe comes with an exclusive Hilltop Hood’s CD and will be releasing sometime next month.

Previously we only saw glance at the collaboration between Brooklyn Projects and DC Shoes but now here’s the real deal. DOM has released pictures on his website of theis Brooklyn Projects x DC Shoes Double Label Project that will be coming out this Saturday February 16th. Only 100 pairs were made for each colorway. Also, the two colorways will be released at seperate places. The royal blue/black will be only available at the Brooklyn Projects store while the red/timber/snake will exclusively be online. Retails for $100 USD.
