Nike Vintage Running 2008 Fall/Winter LDV Collection

The Nike Vintage Running collection has always embodied a concept of paying homage to the groundwork that developed Nike into the powerhouse athletics brand before us now. Their releases have been frequently marked by a distressing and aging process to mimic what a 30 year old pair of unworn box fresh Nikes would look like. The model under the microscope here is the LDV, one of the collection’s slimmer profiles with its of the era waffle sole. Much like previous Vintage Running releases, the LDV includes stained laces, yellowed midsole and faded colorations. Look for these to hit select Nike dealers in the near future.
