Actively making his mark on New York with not only legally-comissioned billboards but a mock pet store funded out of Banksy’s own pocket, a second series billboard was recently created. This time on Houston & McDougall, the billboard painted by Colossal Media on behalf of Banksy features the familiar rat motif with the statement “There’s no such thing as good publicity…” with the small reference to Fox News in the bottom corner.
