Sure there was exciting news on new iPhone apps, iTunes and Apple TV but nothing compares to the announcement on the new Apple Macbook Air. The Macbook Air is Apple’s newest laptop which is super duper thin, probably the thinest laptops ever made. The Macbook Air which sports a 13.3 inch screen and is .16 inches thick at the top and .76 inches thick at the bottom. Weighing in at only 3 pounds, this baby has an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor (1.6 or 1.8Ghz), 2GB Ram standard, a SSD 64GB or standard 80GB Hard drive, a multitouch trackpad with gestures like pan, zoom, rotate, and also has a full back lit keyboard. For the thinnest laptop ever made, the price is amazingly only $1,799. You can pre-order it now but will be shipping in two weeks.
Here is the new Puma Suede Mid II which is an adaptation from the Puma Suede which has its roots in early hip-hop and break dancing. This season, Puma has offered two colorways for the Puma Suede Mid II including a vibrant green with a chocolate brown form stripe and a navy with a straw colored form stripe. The concluding sub-series within the adidas Originals – The Original Games collection is a tribute to the host country China. Much like any China inspired projects, the color red is in abundance spanning over several mediums such as footwear and apparel. For fledging brand Public School’s, its founding teachers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne set out to create a movement through their self-inspired need to educate people on a culture they helped build. Their collection bases itself off of fashion’s ability to bring together inspirations far and wide to create something meaningful and powerful. Their black apple with feather quill logo alludes to both New York’s iconic apple symbol as well as a journey towards knowledge. Their debut 2008 Spring/Summer collection incorporates New York relevant themes such as 1970s gang couture in a decidedly more refined style than the subject matter would suggest.
