$200 later, feast your eyes on the Puma Re-Bike project. Spreading their love of bikes, Puma has launched the Re-Bike project in partnership with the Bicycle Film Festival and as a result some of the industries leading magazines were called in to create a $200 bicycle. The bicycles were instructed to be designs that best represents their magazine’s personality. Another catch was that bikes could only be made of recycled bike parts. The bicycles can be seen at all Bicycle Film Festival venues. Following the conclusion of the BFF, the bikes will each be auctioned off. A wealth of details can be seen at the Puma Re-Bike project.

The opportunity began with an invitation of Nike designers to visit the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, it was the foresight of Marcus Tayui to enlist the help of children to design sneakers in hopes of raising money for the hospital.
