Seen here is a preview of the Grace model from Japanese footwear maker Ubiq for the upcoming 2007/2008 season. The Ubiq Grace model features a vulcanized sole and a printed midsole. The upper includes the use of contrasting colors. Comfort and support is provided from a heel counter. This upcoming season, the Grace will be available in purple and beige (pictured) as well as black, blue and green. Suggested retail price is ¥15,750 (approximately $136 USD)

Stüssy has teamed up with sneaker boutique and label UNDFTD once again to collaborate on this upcoming Worldwide t-shirt. With a formidable past which includes previous apparel releases and the New Balance MT580 with Hectic, these two are no strangers to the collaboration game. With less than a month away, New Balance has offered a preview into Part 4 of the Super Team 33 project. The Super Team 33 collection represents various regionally designed packs of sneakers available in 33 of the world’s finest sneaker retailers. Previous regional designers included NB USA, NB Japan and NB EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Part 4 has enlisted the talents of New Balance Asia/Pacific to create this Elements Collection.
The Elements Collection features three New Balance 1400’s based on the following themes, Fire/Steel, Earth/Wood and Water. Playing on the culturally significant notion of yin-yang, each creation embodies a sense of serenity and completion. Each sneaker features detailed designs which can be seen on the outsole, tongue and insole. A defining characteristic is the use of a Chinese character to mark each element. The Super Team 33 Elements Collection will release Saturday, October 20th with a price of approximately $200 USD.
In a momentous occasion for skate label UXA, they recently released their 1st ever limited edition skate deck. The event warranted a trip out to Long Island to get Greg Chapman (whose work includes with Zoo York and Shut) to personally sign the first collection of decks. This series will be limited to 100 pieces, available now at select skate shops.
