To mark the 10th anniversary of 50-50 skateshop, 50-50 has teamed up with Vans for a limited edition 50-50 x Vans Half Cab. Only 197 pairs of these Half Cabs will be available and they will be released at the 50-50 Half Cab launch party and 10th year anniversary exhibition on August 24th. Fortunately, those who don’t reside in UK will be able to have a chance to get these through their online store.

For the 4th installment of Grand Theft Auto Rockstar Games has created a special edition package to mark the release. The package features a customized black metal safety deposit box with matching key chain. Inside the box you will find a specially packaged copy of Grand Theft Auto IV for either Xbox 360 or PS3, an art book with unseen production artwork and a special CD soundtrack for GTA IV. To carry around all your goodies, Rockstar will also be releasing a limited edition Rockstar duffel bag. All items have been painstakingly created to reflect the highest detail as expected from Rockstar games. Pre-orders are currently available and will be priced at $89.99 in North America.

Orchard Street is set to unveil a retro pack of tees that feature some designs that originally debuted during this New York brand’s 2003/2004 collection. They include the Siempre Fresco and Trouble Maker tees which will be released as general release and webclusive Releases. Only a select few dealers will receive the General Release pack which features OG colorways of the Siempre Fresco (green) and Trouble Maker (red), however an additional yellow Trouble Maker will be available to parallel the recent release of the “New Love” Jordan I. The Siempre Fresco tee was based off the Siempre Fresco Dunk Campaign from 2004. Only a select few retailers across the US will stock the OS pack and they include The Reed Space, Laced, WTHN, Social Study, Shoe Gallery and Premium Goods.
The websclusive t-shirts will feature a black Siempre Fresco tee with reflective 3M ink as well as two Trouble Makers in black and white. The cement print featured on the websclusive Trouble Makers were produced with texturized print and will surely make a great match for any cement Jordans.
Japanese brand Untold has recently unveiled the latest pieces for its forthcoming Fall 2007 collection. Included amongst the collection is your standard Fall items such as hoodies, jackets, and flannels. Also included are denim and bags. All the pieces are prefect for those looking for that no frills or gimmicks style of apparel.
Electric Door have recently unveiled their first online .pdf issue. This first issue attempts to breakdown the whole notion of streetwear in terms of how some brands have attained such great success as well as the path it will venture down for the future. Lots of great in depth features with some of the grandfathers of streetwear in James Lebon (Stussy Tribe) as well as numerous product features and background histories. Here’s a look at an upcoming Nike SB Blazer created with the “Trucks & Wheels” theme in mind. The upper features metallic silver leather to represent the trucks, the orange portions are the bushings and the white sole for the wheels. Although not released at the same time, other skateboard inspired sneakers include the “Griptape” Dunk Mid that was recently released and a “Deck” Dunk High slated for October. As we transition ourselves into summer, Bounty Hunter from Japan has started releasing their summer apparel. Included in the releases are t-shirts, button-ups (all of the short sleeve variety of course), shorts and a messenger bag. Available at Revolution Information.
On Saturday, Stussy Japan stores will release these collaboration sunglasses they created with Lake Tajo. Lake Tajo is known as the creative director for Japanese brand GDC. The sunglasses will be available in three different colorways. The price on these shades will be 15,750 Yen (~$128 USD).

When it was known that 2007 would represent the return of the Nike Air Structure, many people rejoiced. Things just got a bit better with a preview of some more upcoming colorways for this classic running shoe. When the Air Structure debuted almost 20 years ago, it represented a top of the line sneaker for those runners with overpronating gaits and the need for cushioning. These latest samples have returned with some nice simple colorways. They feature vertical striping which according to a source will be removed for the final product. Stay tuned for more details.
