Timberland originally planned to released these boots, which were designed by NYC based design agency Staple Design, near the Easter holiday. Unfortunately, according to an Timberland insider, 60% of the shoes that were made were stolen from a factory in Hong Kong. No one knows who stole it or where the whereabouts of the boots are. So what Timberland decided to do was to give some of the pairs away to friends and family. You won’t be seeing these in stores but Rob Heppler has one! You can check out more pictures of the boots at his blog.
