For those who might not know, Jerry Tarkanian, he was a college basketball coach aptly named “Tark the Shark.” He was known for his erratic behavior like biting towels during games, and his constant outspoken criticism of the NCAA. In turn, “Tark the Shark” was penalized by the NCAA at the three Division I schools he coached. Nevertheless, Tark the Shark has a lifetime coaching record of 990-228.
