Nike sues Adidas, claiming its archrival makes shoes using elements of Nike’s SHOX cushioning technology.
“Despite Nike’s patent protection, Adidas has built shoes that use Nike’s technology,” Nike spokesman Vada Manager said.
It’s really interesting, but the question is why now? The A3 technology has been out for a while.

Here are the up close and detailed pictures of the Nike shoes, that will be worn during the NBA All-Star Weekend in Houston. I really hope that the Air Force 1 Rasheed Wallace Player Edition will hit the stores. In my opinion, it kills the ASG Air Force 1 lows, that were released last week.

New Balance collaborated with the Japanese brand EL.Brown. It is inspired by the street hip hop group ‘Black Mic’, and features a patent, nubuck, and a leather combination with gold stitching. Unfortunately, it is a Japanese exclusive sneaker and has sold out already on pre-order.

Last summer, Nike came out with a Barcode Dunk which was much talked about on the message boards. Now, Nike is producing the ‘Barcode’ Air Force 1 which will be limited to 4000 pairs. Each pair will be individually numbered and will come with the a special shoe bag (pictured on the right). They will be released in March exclusively in the French retailer Courir.
